  • B.Eng.  (Department of Chemical Engineering), James Cook University, 2004.


·       Senior Lecturer in Chemical Engineering.

·       Fundamental and applied research on spray drying and food engineering.

·       Industrial consultation and academic research in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and heat and mass transfer modelling

·       Assistant Editor for Drying Technology (published by Taylor & Francis)


·       Publications:  1 book, 6 book chapters, 70+ journal papers

·         2013       Australia-China Young Researcher Exchange Fellowship

Awarded this fellowship to undertake 2 weeks, between 1-14 September, research visit to universities in China to collaborative projects.
