Grace Talbot-Walsh

Biography: A BSc Graduate with 1st Class honours in Chemical Engineering from Monash University, Grace is currently in her second year of a Chemical Engineering Graduate Research Industry Program PhD at Monash. This PhD is one of many research programs in the Food and Dairy GRIP, with Grace working closely with Bega Cheese on ingredient selection and process adjustment.
